FARMINGTON - Imelda R. Betts, 82, of Farmington Country Manor died at 5:15 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, 1991, at the manor.
Born Jan. 24, 1909, in Henry to Grant and Alice Traver, she married Robert Bee. He preceded her in death. She later married Howard Betts. He died in 1985. One daughter, one stepson, three brothers and one sister also preceded her in death.
Surviving are five sons, Robert G. Pence of Chicago, Martin F. Pence of Creve Coeur, John Kennington and Robert J. Bee Jr., both of Peoria, and Floyd Kennington of Louisiana; two stepdaughters, Betty Cronister and Faith Stanton, both of Peoria; and one brother, Bud Traver of Arizona.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Endsley & Son Funeral Home, 1417 S. Stanley, Peoria. Capt. Stephen L. Kiger will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
