1895 Wisconsin State Census, Wausaukee, Marinette county, Wisconsin.
This State census listed Alex Collard, saying there were 3 males, and 4 females in the household, but didn't give their names. Based on other information I've found, the males in the household would have been the father Alexander, himself, and two sons, Louis and Eugene. The females in the household would have been the mother, Honorine M., and daughters Josephine M., Flossie M. (A.K.A. Felicia, or Phyllis), and Honorine.

Felicia's parents were on the 1900 US Federal Census, Wausaukee, Marinette County, Wisconsin, as Aleck Collard, age 41, and Honorine M. Collard, age 38, both born in Belgium. There were 4 children listed in the same household, but their daughter, Honorine, wasn't among them. Felicia was listed as Flossie M. [also known Phyllis], age 13, born August 1886, Louis, age 19, born December 1880, Josephine M., age 15, born July 1884, and Eugene A., age 6, born April 1884. All the children were born in Wisconsin. On the 1910 and 1920 census, Felicia's mother was listed as Nora, and the ages given and place of birth suggest she was the same person as Honorine listed in 1900.

1920 US Federal Census, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.

Felicia Schreiner, Wife, age 52, Married, born in Wisconsin.
John W. Schreiner Junior, Son, age 21, Single, born in Oregon.
Gerladine Schreiner, Daughter, age 18, Single, born in Oregon.

Felicia's father, Alexander Collard, made his Declaration of Intention to become a US citizen (No. 16529), 25 January 1935, and his Petition for Naturalization (No. 11146) with affidavits of witnesses, 25 February 1937. Included in the documents, he listed the name of his wife and names of 3 of his children. He gave dates and places of birth, and marriage, and where they resided at the time these documents were created. His wife was listed as Honorine, and that both of them were born in Belgium. His three children were listed as: Louis, born 8 Dec. 1881, Honorine, born 23 Oct. 1883, and Phillis, born 1 Aug. 1886 (or 1885). All the children were born in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. It also noted that Louis was residing in Pinehurst, Washington at the time and his daughters lived in Portland, Oregon.
[United States District Court of Oregon at Portland, Oregon.]

In 1940, the US Federal Census, Pinehurst, Snohomish County, Washington, showed Felicia's brother, Louis Collard, age 59, single, and her father, Alexander Collard, age 83, widowed, living together. Louis was listed as the head of the household. [Pinehurst is near Everett.]
