He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, who lived life to the fullest.
Bob enjoyed gardening, spending time with family and was an avid outdoorsman.
He is survived by his wife; two sons and a daughter-in-law; daughter-in-law; three brothers and sisters-in-law; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Robert Ackley, Jr; two sisters, Etta Mae Smith and Patty Fent; two brothers, Thomas and Ray Ackley.
