"Bud" was born in Fort Recovery, OH, July 27, 1927.
He was a member of Redkey American Legion Post 401, retired from Local 103 Operating Engineers Union Ft. Wayne.
Bud served in the Korean War as a CPL, serving in the corp of Engineers rebuilding roads in Germany and France.
Bud was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church Dunkirk. He was the owner operator of Fullenkamp Excavating Redkey.
Bud was known as the hardest working man in Indiana.
He was the widower of Wilma Jean Fullenkamp who preceded him in death.
Bud is survived by four daughters, Deborah Burkett (Brad) of Berne, IN, Brenda Adkins (Minnis) of Redkey, Loretta Fullenkamp, of Redkey and Rena Fullenkamp of Redkey; one son, Charles (Chuck) Fullenkamp (Sharon) of Redkey, IN; one brother, Eugene Fullenkamp (Marilyn) of Decatur,; one sister, Lou Moorman (Les) of Cape Coral FL; eight grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren and three great-great- grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 17, 2014 at MJS Mortuaries Redkey Chapel, Redkey, IN, with Fr. Dave Newton officiating.
Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday at MJS Mortuaries Redkey Chapel.
Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery Redkey, IN.
Military graveside services will be conducted by The Randolph County Veterans, Ridgeville American Legion Post.
