Carroll "Bub" Barber, 85, of 4330 Onondaga Blvd., died Sunday at Community-General Hospital.
Born in Brockville, Ontario, Canada, Mr. Barber had resided in the Syracuse area most of his life. He formerly worked for Precision Die Casting Co. of Fayetteville.
Surviving are his wife, Helen Barber of Connecticut; two sons, Donald of Connecticut and Carroll of Texas; a sister, Lillian Moy of Seattle, Wash.; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
There will be no calling hours.
