According to her Death Certificate, Elizabeth Columbia (Petre) Ensley the daughter of Charles A Petre and Temie (Leightenberger) Petre. The wife of D H Ensley, she was 44 years old and married when she died at Madison Sanitarium & Hospital of a gangrenous appendix. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
