Betty Jean Hilst, 73, of 31452 E. County Road 2400 North died Tuesday, July 4, 2000, at Hopedale Nursing Home in Hopedale.
Born Jan. 26, 1927, in Fulton County to Frank and Beulah Stewart Reynolds, she married Wayne Hilst on March 17, 1946, in Manito. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Kirk (and Penny) of Havana; two daughters, Mrs. David (Leanne) Lucas of Homer and Trudy Hufford of Manito; two brothers, Dave Reynolds of Manito and John Reynolds of Rushville; and two sisters, Pat Wilson and Florence Pietraszek, both of Manito.
One daughter, Christi Hilst, three brothers, and one sister preceded her in death.
Burial will be in Meadow Lawn Cemetery.
