Nathan Bussey, 34 of Rolling Hills Wyoming, was killed after a rollover accident involving two cars.

Anderson King, 26 of Vanderwagen, NM was northbound in a 1996 Chevy Silverado, on Hwy 59 when Driver he observed a blue Nissan, driven by Bussey, stopped at the stop sign on Flat Top road. Bussey began to drive onto Hwy 59, and was blocking the northbound lane. Anderson moved into the southbound lane to avoid Bussey. Bussey continued driving straight onto Hwy 59.
