Mr. Anderson was born in Bradford, PA, after graduating from Bradford High School in 1946, he served two years in the US Marine Corp. Returning from service he obtained a business degree in 1954 from the University of Miami and was a member of the Pi Kappa Alfa Fraternity. He was employed by Ford Motors, Dearborn, MI as an operations specialist until his retirement in 1986, when he purchased his small pecan farm in Twin City. GA.
Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Rachel Brown Anderson and son, William F. Anderson Jr. Survivors include: His Wife: Janelle Gay Anderson of Twin City, GA; One Son: Dennis M. Anderson (Billie) of Evans, GA; Three Sisters: Helen Leonard of Woodstock, GA, Louise Torrey of Millersburg, PA and Martha Fairbank of Picayune, MS; One Brother: Robert Anderson (Betty Jean) of Ocilla, GA, and Three Grandchildren.
