Statesville - Mrs. Mamie Lee Goforth, wife of Curtis Goforth, residing on Seventh street, died at an early hour yesterday morning, of influenza and pneumonia. She was 24 years old and is survived by her husband and parents. Prior to her marriage she was Miss Mamie Lee Plyler, and was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John A. Plyler of Statesville. The funeral will take place Thursday afternoon.
