She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Ruth moved to Adams County at a young age and went to Peebles High School. She met and married, in 1937, her childhood sweetheart, William "Bill"Adams and they moved to Greene County where they raised their family.
In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by brothers Leon Flaugher, Cecil Frump and Ralph"Bud"Frump; sisters Pauline Main and Irma Moore; husband William Adams; baby son Larry; Great Grand daughter Nicole Mae Bennett and special daughter in law Tonya Lee Adams.
Ruth is survived by one daughter and three sons, nine Grand Children; eleven Great Grand Children and one Great Great Grand child and several nieces and nephews.

Valerie; Hospice of Dayton; private nurse Mindy, her home aid Pat and HIS Pharmacy. A very special thank you to her grandson James Grooms and wife Goldie for all their love and support shown to Ruth. She was loved by all who knew her and will be missed so much.
Services will be held at Powers Funeral Home Jamestown, Ohio Wednesday, Feb. 3 after visitation from 12 to 1 p.m. Burial in Woodland Cemetery Bowersville OH.
