BURLINGTON, VT. - Anita Mary (Smith) Haskins, age 89, of Burlington, passed away on December 9th 2020.

She was born on December 19th 1930 in Burlington, Vt., she was the daughter of Clement George Smith and Aleata Laura (Roberts) Lambert.

She married her 2nd husband Paul Howard Haskins on May 4th 1962 in Burlington, Vermont. He predeceased her on December 27th 1995.

She was the beloved mother of four cherished daughters and one son.

She loved singing along to the music and dancing around the kitchen or living room with her husband. It was always game night at the Haskins house, with countless games of Monopoly, Yahtzee, Trouble and poker played.

Anita loved flowers, marigolds and snapdragons were two of her favorite varieties. Their front yard was always a colorful site when driving past their home. While living in Grand Isle, Anita and Paul were avid gardeners and maintained multiple flower beds.

She was predeceased by her husband and parents, and one son; William (Nancy) Vassiliades.
