Ethel was born in New York State in 1906. one of 4 children Gladys, May, and Harry were her siblings. Her mother passed at a young age and her father remarried. When he also passed the children were put in an orphanage and seperated for many years.Ethel found employment as a hired girl as did many of her generation and was sent to Schuyler Neb. to work for a farm family there. This is where she met and married Michael Casey. who was also farming in Schuyler.To this marriage were born 8 children Michael, Patricia, Catherine, Gladys, Mary, the twins John and James and Alice. The family moved to Denver when the twins were still babies and lived there for the rest of their lives. Mother to 8 foster mother to many grandma and great grandma to many more this was a great lady and is still missed every day by any and everyone who knew her
