Row 9 contains the graves of Isaac & Polly Williams/ 4 fieldstone markers, one of which has a foot stone marked "RSW" for Isaac's sister Rosa, per "Jackson County Cemeteries Inscriptions (1801-2003)", by Larry Earl Maby & Reba Knight Bilbrey, copyright 2004 , pp (291-293). A Williams family member provided the info directly to me that Isaac is buried here in one of the four graves.
Please note: The tombstone is off the base and lying on the ground (info provided by member Fay C Leonard 4-21-2018).
