MONICA LYNN (KEETER) VANDALL Monica L. Vandall, age 37 of Royal Oak died Saturday, November 8, 2003 at home. She was born August 4, 1966 in Detroit. She was preceded in death by her mother Montine A. Keeter in 2002 Monica's nickname was "Brat" because she was the baby of the family and very spoiled. She graduated from Dondero High School in 1984 and lettered in high school sports including cheerleading. She coached several sports teams and was an avid Red Wings and Lions fan. Monica was working on her degree in criminal forensics. Monica loved her kids more than life and with Monica around, there was never a dull moment. She is survived by her son Lee Vandall of Elton, WV; daughter Caitlin Vandall, at home; father William G. (Florence) Keeter of Lawrenceburg, TN; sisters Kimberly Keeter of Royal Oak and Rhonda Kay (John) Harless of Meadow Bridge, WV; nieces April, Ashton and Jaime and nephew Hunter; fianc� John Bilan; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She also leaves behind her devoted and faithful companion Wiggles. Visitation Tuesday 4-9 p.m. and Wednesday 11 a.m. until service at 12 noon at the Kinsey-Garrett Funeral Home, 420 S. Lafayette, Royal Oak. Burial will be in Oakview Cemetery next to her beloved mother. Memorials suggested to the Royal Oak Animal Shelter
