Nora Margaret Pugh, 76, died today at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ethel May, in Springville. A native of Greene County, Mrs. Pugh was born to William Harper and the former Roxie Donahay on March 31, 1878. She married Elmer Long in 1899. Mr. Long died in 1907. Her second marriage was to Frank Pugh in 1909. Mr. Pugh succumbed Oct. 13, 1931.

Surviving are three children by her first marriage: Emerson Long of R.R. 1 Springville; Myrtle Holmes. R.R. 1 Springville; and Mrs. Ethel May of Springville. Fifteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren also survive. A brother, Henry Harper, lives in Springville, and one sister, Mrs. Florence Fry, survives at Linton.

Mrs. Pugh resided with her daughter at the time of her death, which followed a four months illness. She was a member of the Springville Methodist Church.
