Mary T. (Cieleszko) Grigas, 92, formerly of 2 Dorchester St., died Saturday January 15 in Christopher House, 10 Mary Scano Dr. Her husband, Edward J. Grigas died in 1992.
She leaves a sister-in-law, Theresa Cieleszko of South Portland, ME; two nephews, Stephen and Edward, and nieces and two grand nephews. A brother, Edward Cieleszko died in 1995. She was born in Poland, daughter of William and Amilia (Ambrozewicz) Cieleszko and has lived here since 1914.
Mrs. Grigas was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church and its Women's Guild and was a member of the Polish Women's Political and Social Club.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday January 18 from HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Czestochowa Memorial Fund, 34 Ward St., Worcester, 01610.
