Passed away Wednesday,January 2,1980,at St.Mary's Medical Center at the age of 76.Mrs.Holt was born in Racine on May 20,1903,and had been a lifetime resident.In 1966 she retiredfrom the Racine Unified School Systems.Mrs.Holtwas a member of St,Lucy's Church.Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law Thomas and Mona Holt of West Bend;two daughters and one son-in-law,Katherine and Robert Martinson of Racine,Jane Holt of Hazleburst,Ga;ninegrandchildren;one greatgrandson;one brother and sister-in-law,Gilbert{Lu}Kemenof San Diego,Ca,four sisters,Mrs.MaymeHeimer of Ft.Atkinson;Mrs.FlorenceMura,Miss Lillian Kemen,Mrs.Jerry{mildred}Mertens all of Racine.Mrs Holt was preceded in death by two brothers,Matt and Al Kemen,two sisters Mrs.Ida Shulte and Mrs.Eva Klein and by her husband George G.Holt on February21,1979.
