Mr Hair was a veteran of World War II and was employed by DuPont Company as a labor foreman.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 o'clock Monday morning from the Ashley Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Blackville Cemetery, where the Barnwell National Guard will have charge.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs Bertha Hair; one brother, Benny Hair of Blackville, and four sisters, Mrs James Evans of Greenwood, Mrs Archie Hair of Barnwell, Mrs David Cain of Orangeburg and Mrs Nick Clary of Columbia.
