Mr. Concklin was born March 2, 1912, in Bloomington, a son of Charles E. and Hazel Garlock Concklin.
He married Eleanor Driscoll on Aug. 2, 1941, in Bloomington.
Survivors include his wife; his mother;. two daughters, Christine Currin and Collenn Kinsell; two sons, Charles "Bud" and John;; two sisters, Dorothea Lee, and Elsie Cunning; and eight grandchildren.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Church, the Altar and Rosary Society and Lakeside Country Club.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
