Harold died when his only child, James Thomas Miller, was about ten months old. Harold's widow, Ethel Mae (Coley), would return to her parents' home with her infant son. Ethel would remarry, but produce no further children. Thomas would lose his life at the age of 19 when his B-17 crew was shot down in 1944. Hence, ultimately, Harold, Ethel and Thomas have no descendants. Ethel, her second husband and her son are buried in Potter Cemetery, Poinsett County, Arkansas.
