Mrs. Doris Mae Abe, 33, wife of Hubert Abe, 215 Bedford Street, died Friday night in Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser, where she had been a patient several days. Born at Barton, she was a daughter of Mrs. Elsie (Crowe) Mowbray, Barton, and the late Thomas G. Mowbray. A registered nurse, Mrs. Abe was a graduate of Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and held membership in the Maryland Nurses Association. She also was a member of Barton Methodist Church. Surviving, besides her husband and mother, are three sisters, Mrs. Helen Grayson, Keyser; Mrs. Ruth Keesling, Dennison, Iowa, and Mrs. June Ruffo, Lanham, Md. The body will be at the Boal Memorial Chapel, Barton. Services will be conducted today at 3 p.m. at Barton Methodist Church by Rev. Alonzo Harman and Rev. George Roberts. Interment will be in Moscow Mills Cemetery. The body will be taken to the church at noon today.
