Daughter of Revolutionary War soldier Thaddeus Brown and his wife Aboline/Abby. Delita married first Nathaniel White, Jr; they left Sullivan Co., NY and relocated at Athens, Bradford Co., Pennsylvania and had several children before Nathaniel White's untimely death ca. 1832 at Green's Landing, Athens Township, PA. The widow Delita White was the head of her household in the 1840 census at Athens, however she eventually relocated to Spencer, Tioga Co., NY by 1850 and remarried to widower Hooker G Hubbard. Delita left a will upon her death and left money and personal possessions to her surviving adult children.
