George Trinder came to the United States from London, England in 1871 with his parents George Sr and Elizabeth H. (Sewell) Trinder and settled in Parsons, Kansas. Also accompanying them were his siblings, John Bulley, Martha Ann, Isaac W. and Fredrick J. Remaining in London were his sister Elizabeth Sophia and brother Arthur William. George Jr married Bridget McNulty at the Osage Mission in Neosho County, Kansas in 1873. George and Bridget had four children, John, Martha Ann, George Augustus and Thomas S. George worked for the Katy Railroad.
