Opal Marie Beavers, 88, passed away May 25, 2014, at her home in Mineral Wells.
Service is 8 a.m. Saturday, May 31, at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home, with graveside service following at Nat Cemetery near Cushing, Texas. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Friday.
Marie was born April 15, 1926, in Nacogdoches, Texas, to Jim and Ella Loveless. She loved working in her yard, feeding the birds and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by daughter, Linda; son-in-law, Gary Allen; grandchildren, Teddy Allen Beavers Sr., Alinna Dawn Polvadore and fiancé, Tom Duley, John T. Hayes and wife, Erika, Bradley Hayes and wife, Michelle, and Amanda Allen; great-grandchildren, Jennifer Hogue and husband, Jarrod, Colten, Brandon and Ashley Polvadore, Teddy Allen Beavers Jr., Angel and Kaycee Beavers, Johnathan and Christopher Hayes, and Isabella and Josephine Hogue; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by parents, Jim and Ella Loveless; husband, Fred E. Beavers Jr.; son, Glyn Beavers; and brothers, Jack and Wilson Loveless.
