This stone is beside the G.W. Davis family plot, and next to the tombstone of Harry Davis. This burial is possibly a son of George & Amanda Davis.
Photo taken Memorial Day, May 26, 2014. I could not make out the first name. The age at bottom of stone appears to be: ___years, 3 months, and 7 days. The number of days given does not fit with the dates inscribed, which would be 17 days. There does not appear to be a number 1 before the 7. The stone had moss upon it making reading of the inscription difficult.
Find a grave member # 48068972 sent the following on 31 Mar 2024:
"Cemetery records says this is Earl T. Davis, s/o GW and AJ Davis died 24 Jul 1893."
This would make would make the "aged" inscription to read: 7 years, 3 months, & 17 days.
Also the first name carved on top of the stone has been confirmed to be Earl T.
