She was born in Washington County, living most of her life in Carter County.
Mrs. Berry was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She loved and cherished her children and grandchildren,
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Brenton Berry; her sons, Tony and wife Cindy of Johnson City, and Troy, of the home; grandsons, Todd and wife Candi of Elizabethton and Travis and fianceé, Brittany Scott of Elizabethton; granddaughter, Michelle Primeau and husband David of Limestone; great-grandsons, Brandon, Tyler, Peyton and Nicolas; sisters, Norma Henegar of Elizabethton and Carol Lyons of Elizabethton; and a brother, Walter Wynegar of Gray.
The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, at Memorial Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m., prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Wilson Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be selected from family members. Honorary pallbearer will be Danny Henegar.
