ROBERT HARDIE
Robert L. Hardie, 64, Springfield, died at 10:20 a.m. Monday in St. John's Regional Health Center after an extended illness.
A longtime resident of Springfield, Mr. Hardie was a retired foreman with Acme Structural Company. He was a former chief boatswain's mate in the Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Lodema I.; a son, Robert L., Battlefield; two daughters, Carolyn Iseman and Julie Lloyd, both of Springfield; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in Eastlawn Cemetery with Dr. Michael McGinnis officiating.
The family will be at the Greenlawn South Funeral home from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. today.
