In 1922 in Hamilton, he married Janet Logsdon.
Mr. Cornwell had worked at Ford Motor Co. for 42 years, retiring in 1965. After his retirement, he worked part-time at the Second National Bank.
He was a member of the Hamilton Men's Bible Class, Washington Lodge 17, F&AM; Hamilton Chapter 21 RAM; Hamilton Commandery 41, Knights Templar; Hamilton Council 19, RSM, Scottish Rite, Valley of Cincinnati, Syrian Temple, Hamilton Shrine Club, Ford Old Timers Club.
He leaves his wife, Janet Cornwell; three daughters Mrs. James D. (Juanita) Parsons, Fairfield, Mrs. Jean Merz and Mrs. Joan Sopkin, both of Tulsa, Okla; ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
Services 10 a.m. Monday Webb Funeral Home, 240 Ross Avene, with burial in Rose Hill Burial Park. Masonic services 7 p.m. followed with Scottish Rite.
