JULIUS WALKER ADAMS

NORRISTOWN, Pa., Jan. 18. -- Funeral services will be held here Monday for Julius Walker Adams, a former resident of Yonkers, who died Wednesday at Lancaster while on a business trip from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia. Mr. Adams, who was associated with the General Motors Company in Chicago, was injured there a short time ago in an automobile accident and had not fully recovered. He is a grandson of the late Colonel and Mrs. W. L. Heermance of Yonkers.
He was born in South Manchester, Conn., in 1899 and resided in Ohio and Norfolk, Va., before moving to Norristown.
His marriage to the former Miss Dorothy Park of Wayne, Pa., took place in 1924. Before becoming associated with General Motors, Mr. Adams had been a member of the sales department of the Westinghouse Company in Pittsburgh and Cleveland and was at one time manager of the sales department for the Westinghouse Company in Detroit. He joined the General Motors organization recently.
Surviving besides his widow are his mother, Mrs. Georgiana Heermance Adams of 75 Locust Hill Avenue, Yonkers.
Interment will take place Monday afternoon in Greenwood Cemetery, Brooklyn.
