Son of Peter and Anna Marie (Kleps) Walters. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on March 16th, 1899. Married June Shoden. Survived by daughter, Linda, and son, (PRIVATE). Lived in South Pasadena, Calif. for many years. Died in a tragic accident at the start of a Caribbean cruise with his wife, aboard the S.S. Alcoa Corsair, south of New Orleans on the Mississippi River, on October 22nd, 1960.
