YOUNG, Florence A. Age 87, of Brookville, joined her beloved husband in heaven on June 3, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Vinton Young & by a brother, Stan Adamek.
She was a longtime member of Precious Blood Catholic Church. Florence will be forever missed by her children & their spouses, Carol (Bill) Neiswonger, Nancy (Donald Timpson) Shue, Ronald (Kathy) Young, Kennan Young, Vinton J. Young, David (Tena) Young; She was "Little Grandma" to 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great-granddaughter. She is also survived by a sister, Helen Eggers and numerous other relatives and many friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 1 PM Mon. June 9 at Precious Blood Church with Fr. Tim Knepper, celebrant. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Brookville.
Visitation will be 4-8 PM Sunday, June 8 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE.
