Dera Hazel Bookout, 74, passed away January 21, 1996 at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in St. Louis.
Born Oct. 2, 1921 in Rector, Ark., she is the daughter of the late James Bradley Bookout and Mary May (McLeskey) Bookout.
She was retired from Emerson Electric, and a member of the Calvary Assembly of God Church in Kennett.
She is preceded in death by a brother, Joe Bookout.
Survivors include two cousins, Mrs. Nell Rice of Bragg City and Mr. Paul Bookout of Kennett and several other cousins.
Funeral services were held at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett at 10 a.m. with Rev. Gary Myers officiating.
Burial was in the Woodlawn(Woodland) Heights Cemetery in Rector, Ark.
Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett was in charge of services.
