Emma "Toots" Ayers, age 85, of LaVernia, passed away on June 4, 2014. She was born on October 14, 1928 in San Antonio, Texas to Robert and Lucille (Satcher) Russell.
Emma was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Randall Ayers, and sister Katherine Brotherman.
She is survived by her children, Linda Schneider and husband Glenn; sons, Rusty Ayers Sr. and wife Melinda, Donny Ayers and wife Debbie; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; sister, Martha Volz and many loving friends.
Interment to follow service at Cover Cemetery.
