Services will be at 6pm Monday in the Ptak Funeral Home. Cremation rites will be accorded following the services. Burial will be private. Visitation will be from 3-6pm Monday in the funeral home Peru Il.
Cheryl Mateika is survived by her mother Connie Strait of La Salle, father Dale and stepmother Linda Pratt of Streator; daughter Brittany Pratt of Aurora, son Armando Dominquez of La Salle. two brothers,Henry and Douglas Dorsett two sisters, Valerie Dorsett,Colleen Taylor - Petree. and three grandchildren Blake Hill,Daniel Petree Tanya's son's.
