Franklin Delano Shuman passed away June 4, 2014. He was born November 8, 1935 in Penrose, Utah to Clara Ussing and Titus Shuman. He married Deanna Eggli on June 8, 1957; they later divorced. He served in the U.S. Navy.
Franklin was a farmer for 10 years and a long distance truck driver for over 30 years and then worked for Harmons. He loved to garden and would share his produce with his friends and neighbors.
He is survived by his children, Greg Shuman, Sue Anne (Howard) Woolley, Matt (Kristen) Shuman and Frank (Anita) Shuman; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; siblings, Virginia (Willard) Anderson, Curtis (Sheril) Shuman, Pat (Bill) Webb, Eloise (David) Morrison and Kathy (Scott) Tolman. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Betty and brother, Reid.
Interment will be held on Monday, June 9, 2014 at the Tremonton Riverview Cemetery at 12 noon. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m., at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd.
