Brandy Lee Del Rosario was born to Robert and Paula (Mazuch) Del Rosario on January 27, 1974. She was raised in Bremerton, Wa. She finally left her abusive relationship and was happy and in love. At the tender age of 18, Brandy's ex-boyfriend shot her and she later died at our local hospital.
