Gospel Music Singer. A native of Belfast Northern Ireland, he was a member of the "Parker Trio" an award winning Southern Gospel group. He moved, with his family, to Canada at the age of ten where he developed his musical talents and used them by singing and playing music on church mission trips. By the mid-1990s he was performing gospel music full time. Known for both his vocals and instrument playing, he was named "Instrumentalist of the Year" in 1994 and again from 1998 to 2001. The trio won "Vocal Group of the Year" awards in both 2000 and 2001. He was killed when he was struck by a truck while on tour in South Carolina.
