Adrian James Boggs, 64, of Deming, New Mexico, formerly of Richwood, died Thursday, February 27, at home after a long illness, Mr. Boggs was a graduate of Richwood High School and was retired from the FMC plant in Charleston, after 28 years of service.
While living in Richwood, Mr, Boggs was a member of the Richwood Church of the Nazarine.
Surviving: wife, Beulah Harper Boggs of Deming, New Mexico; sons, Steven Terry and Perry of Chicago, Illinois, and Norman of Columbus, Ohio; daughters, Mrs, Darlene Harper of Chicago, III., and Mrs. Rebecca Jeffries of Deming, New Mexico; brother, Stanley of Richwood; sister Elsie Gardner of Plymouth, North Carolina and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 3, in Deming, New Mexico. Burial was in a Deming cemetery.
Mr, Boggs was the author of two novels, one of which is "Search for the Light" and had written articles for several magazines.
