Funeral services will be held Sunday morning at 10 o'clock at the Reedy Creek Camp Ground for D.F. Hicks, 69, well known resident of near Kingsport. Mr. Hicks died at his home last night. Funeral services Sunday will be in charge of Rev. Ketron, Rev. J.C. Clark, and Rev. Querry. Pall bearers and flower bearers will be nephews and nieces. Interment will take place in the cemetery near the Camp Ground.
Children who survive the deceased are Dr. D.J. Hicks, Copperhill, TN; Mrs. T.W. Ketron, Mrs. George E. Bradley, and Mrs. J.W. Dickson of Kingsport. Nine grandchildren also survive.
