Athens - Jake Bernard Aaron, 75, of Athens, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2007.
A life long resident of Clarke County, Mr. Aaron was the son of the late Walter A. and Susie Baker Aaron. His wife, Florence Lee Aaron, preceded him in death. He was retired from Chicopee and was a member of the New Covenant Worship Center.
Survivors include a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral services will be 11AM Thursday, February 1st, at the chapel of Bernstein Funeral Home with Rev. Howard Conine officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Wednesday at Bernstein.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jim Moss, Burney Crockett, John Willis, Wayne Loggins, John Gray, and Mark Sorrow.
