David is survived by his wife, Marsha Puckett, his son, Kyler Puckett, his daughter, Kerri Puckett, stepdaughters, Michele Harris & husband Jeff and Jana Wilson & husband Daemon. David is also survived by his parents, Weldon & Ernistine Puckett and 3 grandchildren.
