Mrs. Olive Cox, 80, formerly of Moberly, died at 11 p.m. Wednesday in Atlanta, Ga. She had been in failing health one year.
Born in Moberly, she ha been in Atlanta nine years. Mrs. Cox was a daughter of George and Patty Caplinger Tucker. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Surviving are one son, George Shedd, Atlanta, Ga., and several cousins including Miss Sue Hardcastle, Moberly.
The body will arrive at the Million-Greer and Comstock Funeral Home Saturday morning. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday and funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dr. Joseph P. Grant, pastor of the First Baptist Church, will be in charge. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
