Karma L. Aikens, 68, died Friday, March 19, 2004, at Ogden Regional Hospital of complications from renal failure. She was born August 24, 1935, in Milburn, Utah, the daughter of Cyrus and Mary Elizabeth Hughes Stewart.

On August 19, 1955, Karma married Arnold "Kelly" Aikens in Mt. Pleasant, Utah. Kelly passed away October 18, 2003.

Karma was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and served as Past Madam President. She loved quilting, crocheting, and camping. She especially enjoyed playing with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Karma is survived by one son, Mark Stewart (Cindy) Aikens, North Ogden; one daughter; Shellie Ann Milligan, Ogden; one stepdaughter, Malinda Lee Weech, Longview, TX; five grand-children; four step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and nine step great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, Floyd Stewart, Oran Stewart; and two sisters, Verda May Seely and Betty Jean Walker. Preceding her in death were her husband, her parents, four brothers, and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may call at the mortuary Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. and Wednes-day 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park. Email condolences to the family at [email protected].
