JUDA, Wis. - Funeral service for John F. Erb, Juda, Route 1, who died Thursday of an apparent heart attack while working on his farm, will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Juda Zion United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Juda.
He was born Feb. 4, 1907 in Blanchardville, Wis., the son of Christ and Rosa (Spring) Erb. On July 11, 1935 is was married to Hulda Abplanalp in Monroe.
Surviving are his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Russell (Jean) Hankins of Dayton, Ohio; two sons, Robert of Mentor, Ohio, and Robert of Juda; four grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Ralph (Louise) Nyman of Monroe and Mrs. Carl (Frieda) Schmerse of Broadhead.
He was a member of the Zion United Methodist Church and served as an official of the Tri-State Breeders Association.
