She was the daughter of Angela Marie and Vince Glisson.

Megan was a junior at Batesville High School where she was an honor student and was recognized in the Who’s Who of American High School Students. She was a member of the State Champion Batesville High School Track Team and the Batesville Soccer team. In junior high school, she played on the basketball team at Cave City. Megan worked at Colton’s Steak House and Stanley Wood Chevrolet. Megan enjoyed reading, loved animals, Scooby Doo and shoes. She had many friends and was dearly loved by her family and will be greatly missed.

Her parents, Angela and Vince Glisson survive her. Her grandparents: Buddy and Kathy Hall of Batesville and James and Chris Glisson of Macon, Georgia also survive her. She is also survived by six uncles: Jeff Hall of Batesville, Kenneth Hardin of Batesville, Richard Hardin of El Paso, Texas, Steve Inzer of Onalaska, Texas, Dwayne Massey of Batesville and Wesley Arnold of Franklin; three aunts: Cindy Massey and Sharon Hardin both of Batesville and Marie Arnold of Franklin. Other survivors include her cousins, Ricky Jeffery, Ronnie Jeffery and Rusty Jeffery all of Batesville.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents: Virginia and J. M. Hardin and Arizona Hall; four uncles: Richard Pyle, Jr., Rick Jeffery, John Hardin, and Mark Hardin and one aunt, Mary Jeffery.

Pallbearers were Bill Mansfield, Matt Buie, David Hardin, and Charles Moser.
