Elliott Edwin Sunderland - known as "Sunday", a nickname he earned in the Navy during WW2-was born to Andrew Cornelius Sunderland and Hilma Johanna Hagen. He was first married to Rosalie Margaret Rehal in Hingham,Montana and they had 2 boys. Ronald Gene and Marvin Dean. Grandpa moved to Grants Pass,Oregon after WW2 and later married Elma Louise King on Dec 29, 1952 . They had Lon Elliott and identical twins Dennis Bruce and Donald Gale. He passed away on Oct 7, 1980 at the Seattle V.A. hospital from lung cancer.
