Bill was a local business owner starting with constructing his first boat in 1967 in his garage. He soon established North Arvada Outboard Marine in the early 70's followed by High Country Marine. Bill got out of the boat business when the gas crisis hit the country in the Carter years.

Bill then decided to establish Lake Arbor Heating and Westside Heating & A/C; he sold the business in 1999 and went on to build custom homes in the Grand Lake area under the name Mountain Vista Estates. After completing his dream of building houses, he then went into business with his daughter and son-in law and continued the family business his brother, Freddy started in 1971, Lakeside Heating & Air Conditioning; he was co-owner of this business until his death on June 14, 2014.

Bill loved to fish and camp in the beautiful Colorado Mountains. He was very talented and could build almost anything he set his mind to. In later life, his passion was visiting the casinos in Blackhawk, and there met many new friends.

He loved his family with a passion and each time he saw any one of us his greeting was "I Love You". He gave all us all memories to last a lifetime and will be missed. We'll hold him close to our hearts for the remainder of our lives and we know he will always be with us.

Funeral Service, 11am, Saturday, June 21, at the Archdiocese of Denver Mortuary, 12801 W. 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
