Linda Faye Armstrong, 68, of Marble Hill passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014, at her home.

She was born June 15, 1946, in Bollinger County, Missouri, daughter of Ed and Anna Cook Long. She and Raymond Eugene Armstrong were married March 6, 1965.

Linda had worked in Lutesville at the hat factory until it closed, then went to work for Monograms and More in Patton, Missouri. She was a member of Locust Grove General Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Raymond of the home; two sons, Kevin (Cindy) Armstrong of Jackson and David (Melisa) Armstrong of Glenallen, Missouri; two daughters, Penny (Donald) Hudgens and Shelly (Michael) Garner of Marble Hill; a sister, Jolene Amelunke of Whitewater; ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, and four sisters.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Calvin Arnold officiating. Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
