Larry, 76, died at 7:25 a.m., at Otterbein Cridersville.

He was the son of Lawrence S. and Alta A. (Yoh) Hopkins. On Aug 19, 1962, he married Sharon Rasey, who survives in Cridersville.

Also surviving are a son, Dr. Kevin (Connie), North Ridgeville; three daughters: Cheri (Bob)Estle, Oakwood, Lori (Keith) Belcher, Lima, and Wendi (Jon) Phillips, Elyria; and eight grandchildren: Preston Phillips, Mallory Phillips, Ben Estle, Sadie Estle, Marci Belcher, Blake Hopkins, Abigail Hopkins and Cora Hopkins.

Deceased are a brother, Robert; and stepmother, Edith Moser.

He was a graduate of Bryan High School, Moody Bible Institute of Chicago and Defiance College with a BA in Religion and a minor in English and taught at Winebrenner Seminary, Findlay. He retired as a Pastor after 45 years with the West Ohio United Methodist Church Conference. He was a former member of the Lions and Kiwanis Clubs.

A funeral service will be at Forest Park United Methodist Church, Lima, with Revs. Ben Lowell and Tim Benjamin officiating.
